Skip the fat and sugar, make this fabulous 2 Minute Healthy Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream and satisfy your sweets craving without the guilt.
This is seriously one of those “where has this been” moments in my life! The discovery of this super simple healthy homemade strawberry ice cream is a game changer. Just 3 ingredients and about 2 minutes AND no sugar!
My daughter made it for me for my Valentine’s Day dessert. Sweet thang! (She knows I am training hard right now and eating very clean) I am forever hooked!
You can also substitute 1 Tablespoon of honey for the banana if you’dlike. But the banana does make it oh so much creamier. I try to keep overripe bananas in the freezer for smoothies and, now, for this little treat.

I made this ice cream twice. Both times it didn’t turn out well.Reply

My blender did not work for this. So I guess it needs to be in an actual processor?

I have Multiple sclerosis and am trying to eat better. Could you use mango in place of strawberries? I love strawberries, too but just trying to have a variety. Thank you.
