If you take a look at any package of white chocolate you will usually find added ingredients, which I personally try to stay away from in the name of health. A main difference between white chocolate and milk or dark chocolate is the lack of cocoa solids.
Cocoa Butter is a Natural Aphrodisiac
When you remove the cocoa solids you remove most of the flavor, so to make white “chocolate” other ingredients must be added – like sugar, lecithin (usually soy), and other flavorings for taste. Cheap versions may not contain cocoa butter at all. I prefer to use cocoa butter alone and add my own flavorings so I know they are top quality.
Cocoa butter is the fat from cocoa beans, which is extracted from cocoa beans as they are processed to make chocolate and cocoa powder. Using the butter from cocoa is the perfect way to add the flavor of chocolate without other unnecessary additives. Perfect for a cozy cup of Strawberry White Hot Chocolate.
Cuddle up with someone special and share this warming beverage any time of the year!

This hot chocolate looks absolutely delicious! Love white chocolate!Reply
OMG! That sounds yummy! One little bit of constructive criticism. The link provided is not food grade cocoa butter. Now, that being said I don’t know how bad non-food grade can be for you. Just pointing out that you “should not” consume cocoa butter that isn’t food grade.
